Antique Adjustable Brass Cheval Mirror

Antique Adjustable Brass Cheval Mirror

SOLD ARCHIVE

A late 19th to early 20th-century adjustable brass cheval mirror with elegant tripod base and scrolled finial detailing. The circular mirror pivots on a ball joint, allowing the angle to be easily adjusted for use. Its design reflects the refined craftsmanship of Continental dressing mirrors, often used in fine boudoirs and ateliers.

The brass retains a beautiful aged patina, highlighted by gentle curves and delicate ornamentation at the base and crest. The mirror’s simplicity and height make it both decorative and functional, ideal for a vanity corner, entryway, or retail display.
