A French porcelain advertising pyrogène for Cassis Quenot, featuring vivid red and black typography over a flared pedestal base with a ribbed striker top. These match strikers appeared on café counters and shop desks in the late 19th century, serving both as practical match holders and as bold promotional pieces. The medals cited on the base, including Paris 1839 and Turin 1852, reference awards earned by the Quenot company during the 19th century and help date the production of this example to the 1880–1910 period. Includes coral fragment for styling.

Measurements:
Materials: Glazed porcelain
Condition Note: Age-related wear including surface smudging, striking marks on the base, small glaze irregularities, and light discoloration consistent with use.
