A nineteenth century Ridgways Staffordshire blue transferware relish dish in the Oriental pattern, showing a detailed architectural scene framed by palms, figures, and lush landscape elements. The scalloped body carries a soft blue floral border, a signature feature of Ridgways export wares during the mid-1800s. The printed backmark confirms the pattern and maker.
